Kassym-Jomart Tokayev's interview to «Egemen Qazaqstan» newspaper discussed in Budapest

Budapest, January 15, 2024 – Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Hungary Zhanibek Abdrashov met with the General Director of the Hungarian company «Globalia Kft.» Gábor Sági, who is a Hungarian investor in Kazakhstan.

During the meeting, Ambassador Abdrashov informed the Hungarian businessman about the current situation in Kazakhstan, as well as the state's efforts to protect foreign investment and business in Kazakhstan. The ambassador informed his interlocutor about the steps taken to improve the welfare of Kazakhstan's people as well as the challenges that the country faces.

Furthermore, the Ambassador emphasized that the Head of State in the interview clearly outlined not only the priorities for 2024, but also for the next few years, because many of the items in the article are laid out in program form in the sociopolitical, humanitarian, cultural, and economic spheres.

In turn, Gábor Sági expressed his support for Kazakhstan's ongoing reforms and committed to continue implementing the country's planned investment projects. According to the Hungarian businessman, in the interview with the Head of State, answers were given to questions that concern not only Kazakh society, but also foreign investors. Gábor Sági noted that Kazakhstan's strong international relations benefit the country's economic well-being.
