The Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan took part in the opening ceremony of the beginning of the academic year in Hungary

Budapest, 28^th of August 2022 - the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Hungary Zhanibek Abdrashov attended the opening ceremony of the academic year of Corvinus University, which was held in the Várkert Bazár.

The annual event was organized by the Corvinus University, which is the most prominent educational institution in Hungary in the field of economics, management and social sciences.

The event included the speeches of the President of Hungary Katalin Novak, Rector of the University Elod Takats and President of the Student Union of Corvinus University Viola Beck. In addition, the program of the event included a short concert by students of musical universities in Budapest and a performance by a folk-dance group of Corvinus University.

The annual ceremony is the main event of Corvinus University, to which all university students and honored guests are invited, including government officials, the diplomatic corps, the media and etc. The event is aimed at familiarizing university students with the activities of the university, its program and plans for the future.
