Meeting of the Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Romania, Y. Ali, with the State Adviser to the Administration of the President of Romania, L. Odobescu

On February 6, 2025, in Bucharest, a meeting took place between the Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Romania, Mr. Yerlik Ali, and the State Adviser to the Administration of the President of Romania, Ms. Luminița Odobescu.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the current state and prospects for the development of bilateral political and investment cooperation between Kazakhstan and Romania. Special attention was paid to strengthening the high-level political dialogue and expanding mutually beneficial economic ties.

Ambassador Y. Ali emphasized Kazakhstan’s interest in attracting Romanian investments to various sectors of the economy, including energy, infrastructure, and the agro-industrial complex. In turn, Ms. L. Odobescu expressed Romania’s readiness to intensify cooperation and support joint projects aimed at strengthening the partnership between the two countries.

The parties agreed to continue their constructive dialogue and take concrete steps to implement the planned initiatives, including holding joint events aimed at developing bilateral cooperation.
