Topical issues of bilateral cooperation in the field of energy were discussed on the meeting between Ambassador of Kazakhstan and Minister of Energy of Romania

16 October 2023, Bucharest - Ambassador of Kazakhstan Yerlik Ali held a meeting with the Minister of Energy of Romania Sebastian-Ioan Burduja.

The issues of further expansion of cooperation in the field of energy, geological exploration, subsoil use and investments were discussed during the meeting.

The importance of careful preparation of the next 17th meeting of the Intergovernmental Commission on Trade, Economic, Scientific and Technical Cooperation between Kazakhstan and Romania, scheduled in 2024 in Bucharest, was noted.

The interlocutors also discussed the schedule of upcoming international events with the participation of the leadership of the energy ministries of the two countries.
