On consultations on transboundary water resources between Kazakhstan and Romania.

July 5, 2023 - Consultations on transboundary water resources between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan and Romania were held in the VC format.

The Kazakh delegation was headed by N. Zhumakanov, Director of the International Legal Department of the MFA Kazakhstan, and the Romanian delegation was headed by A. Orosan, General Director of the Legal Department of the MFA Romania.

Diplomats discussed legal regime of transboundary/border water resources as well as aspects of international law in relation to the Black and Caspian Seas.
