On behalf of the President of Kazakhstan K.Tokayev Former Romanian President E. Constantinescu was awarded the Order of Friendship

December 17, 2021, Bucharest - on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as for a significant contribution to the development of Kazakh-Romanian relations, Ambassador of Kazakhstan Nurbakh Rustemov presented on behalf of President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev:

The state award -  the Order of Friendship of the Second degree, to the former President of Romania Emil Constantinescu.

As President of Romania, E. Constantinescu visited our country in 1999, where he held meetings with the First President of Kazakhstan-Elbasy Nursultan Nazarbayev, and subsequently made a significant contribution to the development of bilateral relations.

Constantinescu actively supports Kazakhstan's initiatives and remains a reliable and close friend.

Medals "30 years of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan" to the President of Energobit - Honorary Consul of Kazakhstan in Cluj Stefan Gadola and CEO of Adegas Cristi Bercheanu, for a significant contribution to the development of interregional, trade, economic and cultural ties, as well as comprehensive support of Kazakhstani initiatives.
