New horizons of cooperation in the space industry between Kazakhstan and Romania
Bucharest, 28.04.2021 - Ambassador of Kazakhstan Nurbakh Rustemov held a meeting with President of the Romanian Space Agency Marius-Ioan Piso, during which he discussed issues of bilateral cooperation and development processes in the industry.
 
An agreement was reached on expanding the bilateral legal framework in this industry and holding meetings in the format of a video conference with an authorized organization of Kazakhstan.
 
Marius-Ioan Piso highly appreciated the potential of Kazakhstan and its scientific-research base. This prominent figure in space science is currently the Chair of the United Nations Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space (UN-COPUOS) for the period 2020-2021.
