Ambassador of Kazakhstan discussed the development of bilateral relations with leading Belgian politicians

Temse, September 7, 2023 - At the opening of the meat processing plant of the Hemelaer company, the Ambassador of Kazakhstan Mr. Margulan Baimukhan met with the Member of the House of Representatives of Belgium, member of the “Belgium-Kazakhstan” friendship group Madam Goedele Liekens, as well as with the Flemish Minister of Economy, Innovation, Work, Social Economy and Agriculture Jo Brouns.

During the meeting with Madam Goedele Liekens, the interest of Belgian farmers in strengthening trade and economic ties with Kazakhstan and the countries of Central Asia was noted.

In addition, the Kazakh diplomat and the Belgian parliamentarian exchanged views on the prospects for the development of Kazakh-Belgian political and cultural relations, the dynamics of mutual visits within the framework of inter-parliamentary and other formats for the development of cooperation.
