In view of the ongoing implementation of the EU-Kazakhstan Enhanced Partnership and Cooperation Agreement (EPCA), the Berlin Eurasian Club is an important platform to achieve further joint progress in implementing the agricultural investment aspects in the Agreement.
Berlin Eurasian Club was founded in 2012 in light of the implementation of the vision of Eurasianism of the First President of Kazakhstan - Leader of the Nation, Nursultan Nazarbayev, and of the Road to Europe State Program. The Club serves as a platform for dialogue on a wide spectrum of socio-political issues between Kazakhstan and Germany, as well as the European Union.
