Brazilian company's project discussed

Brasilia, December 20, 2024 – Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Brazil Bolat Nussupov held an online meeting with the President of “Savana Sementes” Luciano Ferrer with the participation of the Honorary Consul of Kazakhstan in the state of Mato Grosso do Sul Alipio Oliveira.

The parties discussed the progress of the project to grow organic soybeans in Kazakhstan using Brazilian technologies within the framework of the Memorandum of Cooperation signed on October 10 during the third meeting of the “Kazakhstan-Brazil” Business Council in Porto Alegre.

The Brazilian side also informed about its plans to visit Kazakhstan to resolve technical and legal issues of the project. The Ambassador of Kazakhstan, in turn, wished the company success in implementing the project, confirmed the Embassy's readiness to provide all possible assistance, and invited the head of the company to take part in the fourth meeting of the “Kazakhstan-Brazil” Business Council in Konayev, scheduled for the first half of 2025.
