The friendship group "Kazakhstan-Argentina" has been established in the Parliament of Argentina

Buenos Aires, June 5, 2024 - in the Argentine capital, a meeting was held between the Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Brazil and concurrently to Argentina Bolat Nussupov and an initiative group of deputies of the National Congress of Argentina led by deputies Carlos D'Alessandro and Luciana Termine.

During the meeting, the Kazakh diplomat acquainted the Argentine parliamentarians with the progress of the political and socio-economic reforms of the Head of State according to the formula "a strong President-an influential Parliament- an accountable Government", and also explained the essence of the constitutional reform aimed at developing society and democracy. The Ambassador of Kazakhstan also spoke about the main priorities of our country's foreign policy in the context of the global agenda and interaction on international platforms.

Stressing the important role of Argentina as a reliable partner of Kazakhstan in Latin America, as well as Kazakhstan for Argentina in the Eurasia region, the Kazakh diplomat thanked the Argentine parliamentarians for the initiative to create a friendship group in the Chamber of Deputies of the National Congress of Argentina. At the same time, he noted that the interparliamentary dialogue is a key link in the political cooperation between the two countries and will give a powerful impetus to the entire range of relations between the two countries, especially bilateral cooperation in the economic direction.

The Argentine parliamentarians highly appreciated the current development of Kazakhstan and wished success to the country's leadership in implementing reforms and goals, expressed their readiness to consider the possibility of holding the first meeting of the parliamentary friendship group with Kazakhstan in the nearest future.
