Strengthening cultural cooperation with Brazil

Brasilia, June 20, 2023 – Felipe Ramon Moro Rodriguez, Secretary for Culture of the Federal District, paid a courtesy visit to the Embassy of Kazakhstan in Brazil.

During the conversation, issues of expanding cooperation between the capitals of the two countries in the field of culture and education were discussed within the framework of the signed Protocol of Intentions of Friendship and Cooperation between Astana and Brasilia dated October 23, 2018. The parties exchanged views on specific joint projects this year.

At the end of the meeting, the Ambassador of Kazakhstan Bolat Nussupov once again issued an invitation to the leadership of the Brazilian capital to take part in the events in Astana on July 4-5 this year on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the capital of Kazakhstan.

This year, Kazakhstan and Brazil are celebrating the 30th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the two countries.
