According to the Chairman of the Supreme Court of Kazakhstan, Zhakip Assanov, the digest “will answer sensitive and systemic questions about the quality of justice. It is based on the principle of making the judicial system open”.

Over the years of independence of Kazakhstan, a full-fledged legal basis for the judiciary has been created. Since 2015, various reforms have been carried out in the judicial system, in particular, requirements for the judiciary and the quality of judicial acts have been tightened, the investment legal proceeding has been created. In 2018, a program of reforms “7 stones of justice” was launched, which determined the basic principles of the judicial system.
