National Secretary for Family Affairs of Brazil visited the Embassy of Kazakhstan

Brasilia, October 11, 2022 – Ms. Angela Gandra, National Secretary for Family Affairs of the Brazilian Ministry of Women, Family and Human Rights, made a courtesy visit to the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan and met with Ambassador Bolat Nussupov.

During the conversation, the parties exchanged views on issues of state support for the family, youth and gender policies of the two countries and expressed interest in expanding bilateral cooperation in this direction.

The Ambassador of Kazakhstan familiarized the interlocutor with the provisions of the September Message of the President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev in terms of ensuring equality of opportunity and justice for all, as well as guarantees of public benefits and support for socially vulnerable categories of the population in the context of implementing the concept of the «Listening State». Particular attention was paid to reforms in the field of social security and youth policy in the light of the declared Year of Children and the new program «National Fund for Children».
