Regional business cooperation between Kazakhstan and Brazil is expanding

Brasilia, May 5, 2022 – The Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Brazil, Bolat Nussupov, held an online meeting with the General Director of the State Economic Development Company of the State of Minas Gerais «Codemig» Dante de Matos.

During the conversation, the Ambassador of Kazakhstan familiarized the interlocutor in detail with the trade, economic, investment and transit and transport potential of our country and noted the readiness to establish long-term mutually beneficial cooperation.

The company's management expressed interest in establishing business contacts with Kazakh companies, as well as willingness to assist in the opening of the Honorary Consulate in Belo Horizonte.

For reference: Codemig is a company with mixed capital, located in the indirect administration of the state of Minas Gerais. Through participation in the Sociedade em Conta de Offering (SCP), set up in conjunction with Companhia Brasileira de Metalurgia e Mineração (CBMM), Codemig is engaged in niobium exploration.
