Kazakhstan's regional cooperation with Brazilian states expands

Brasilia, March 9, 2022 – Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Brazil Bolat Nussupov visited the Rio Grande de Sul state office in the Brazilian capital and met with Ana Amelia Lemos, State Secretary of Federations and International Affairs.

During the talks, the sides discussed a wide range of topics regarding trade and economic, transit and transport, cultural and humanitarian cooperation between Kazakhstan and the State of Rio Grande de Sul. The parties confirmed their readiness to expand regional ties between the countries and to use the existing potential of countries’ regions in the field of trade. They also touched upon substantive aspects of the upcoming working visit of the Ambassador of Kazakhstan to the Brazilian state.
