Business cooperation between Kazakhstan and Brazil is expanding

Brasilia, November 10, 2021 - Ambassador of Kazakhstan Bolat Nussupov met with Glauco Jose Corte, Executive Director of the Brazilian National Industrial Confederation (CNI), the country's largest association with 700,000 local businesses.

The parties discussed the current status of trade, economic and investment cooperation between Kazakhstan and Brazil and expressed interest in expanding it, in particular in the mining sector, agro-industrial complex, energy and trade.

In this context, the preparation for the upcoming first meeting of the Kazakh-Brazilian Business Council, co-chaired by the Kazakh Center for Industry and Export "QazIndustry" and the National Industrial Confederation of Brazil, was also discussed in detail, the purpose of which will be to further develop and expand direct business contacts between entrepreneurs of the two countries. This event is planned within the framework of the visit of the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan Almas Aidarov to Brazil in November this year.
