Inter-parliamentary cooperation between Kazakhstan and Slovakia will grow stronger

On January 24, this year, Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Slovak Republic Roman Vassilenko held a meeting with Peter Marchek, Deputy Of the national Council of Slovakia, Chairman of the friendship group with Kazakhstan, other Central Asian countries and Azerbaijan.

The interlocutors discussed the prospects for further cooperation between the legislative bodies of the two countries, including in the light of the results of the official visit to Nur-Sultan in September 2019 of the Chairman of the national Council of the SR Andrej Danko.

At the meeting, it was noted that specific plans for this cooperation will be determined based on the results of the upcoming parliamentary elections in Slovakia on February 29, in which 25 political parties and coalitions take part.
