Festive Concert on the Occasion of Republic Day of Kazakhstan Held in Switzerland

Bern, October 24  - One of the oldest concert halls in Bern hosted a festive concert in honor of the Republic Day of Kazakhstan. The artists from the State Dance Theater "Naz" presented a program of dance and musical performances that showcased the traditions and customs of the Kazakh people.

The event was attended by representatives from government agencies, business and academic circles of Switzerland and Liechtenstein, the diplomatic corps, international organizations, the media, as well as members of the Kazakh diaspora.

In his speech, the Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Switzerland, Kairat Sarzhanov, highlighted the significance of the holiday in the process of building and strengthening national identity. He also emphasized the rich historical and cultural heritage of the Kazakh people, Kazakhstan's dynamic development, and its openness to progress and innovation — key aspects of the international "Born Bold" campaign.

The Kazakh diplomat underscored the steady development of political dialogue and trade-economic cooperation between Kazakhstan, Switzerland, and Liechtenstein, as well as the mutual interest in further enhancing these partnerships.

The audience warmly welcomed the cultural program, with many guests noting that the performance by Kazakhstani artists made a significant contribution to the cultural life of the Swiss city.

The event was organized by the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, with support from its partners, the Swiss company "Stadler Group" and the Liechtenstein law firm "Codex".
