Former German Chancellor Gerhard Schröder Pays Visit to Embassy of Kazakhstan in Berlin

BERLIN, 15 June 2020 – The Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Germany, Mr. Dauren Karipov, has met with German statesman and former Federal Chancellor (from 1998 to 2005), Dr. Gerhard Schröder.

The meeting focused on prospects for the development of Kazakh-German trade and investment relations during the global crisis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as bilateral and multilateral issues.

The German politician welcomed the implementation of political, economic and social reforms in Kazakhstan and wished the country further success.
