RESUMPTION OF NORMAL WORKING HOURS AT CONSULAR SECTION

The Consular Section of the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Germany has returned to its normal schedule as of 11 May 2020.

Consular reception of citizens is carried out on a limited scale and strictly by appointment.
Preliminary appointments should be made by phone 030 47007160/164 (from 14.30 to 16.30).

When visiting the Embassy's Consular Section, ​​the use of protective masks and gloves is mandatory, and no more than two people are allowed into the building at a time.

Consular district: Berlin, Brandenburg, Mecklenburg Western Pomerania, Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt.
Reception hours: working days except Wednesdays from 9.00 to 12.00 hours.

Closed on Wednesdays, weekends, and public holidays observed in Germany and Kazakhstan.
