Parliamentary diplomacy retains the status of one of the most important areas of cooperation between Kazakhstan and Serbia

Belgrade, April 20, 2022 -  the Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Serbia Madi Atamkulov met with the Speaker of the National Assembly (parliament) of the Republic of Serbia Ivica Dacic.

During the discussion, the counterparts discussed the status and prospects of bilateral cooperation, noting the traditionally friendly and trusting nature of relations between the two countries, as well as the special importance of the parliamentary diplomacy.

Ambassador informed I.Dacic about the situation in Kazakhstan and implementation of political reforms initiated by the President K.Tokayev in the framework of his Address to the people «New Kazakhstan: the Path of renewal and modernization».

The Speaker of the National Assembly I.Dacic noted the high dynamics of the political transformation of Kazakhstan and wished success in implementation of the goals.

The parties paid special attention to the issues of intensifying inter-parliamentary cooperation in 2022.
