Cooperation with the TV channel "Sat7"

On February 7, the Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Lebanon Rasul Jumaly visited the local television corporation "Sat7" and got acquainted with its work. The possibilities of bilateral cooperation and exchange of experience were discussed with the head of this media, Mr. Maroun Bou Rashid. Based on the principles of independent journalism and advanced technologies, this TV channel is a significant alternative to such regional media giants as Al-Jazeera and Al-Arabiya. Today, its information, analytical, and educational products are distributed throughout the Middle East and have won the trust of millions of viewers. As part of the meeting, the Ambassador gave a live interview in Arabic to "Sat7" about Kazakhstan, and its historical and modern ties with the Arab world. During the program, the Kazakh “Kui” (folk music piece) performance on traditional Arabic musical instruments was especially touching.
