Meeting in the Lebanese Parliament

On August 24, Ambassador of Kazakhstan Rasul Jumaly met with members of the Lebanese People's Assembly Nada Al-Bustani and Simon Abi Ramia. Recognizing that relations between Kazakhstan and Lebanon have great potential, the parties stated that they would make joint efforts to realize it. In particular, issues such as the establishment of direct contacts between business circles, the export of wheat, vegetable oil and other agricultural products from Kazakhstan to Lebanon, the opening of opportunities for visa-free travel for citizens of the two countries, and the expansion of cultural and information cooperation were touched upon. It should be noted that in July last year, a society of friendship with Kazakhstan was created in the Lebanese People's Assembly.
