Meeting with the leadership of the General State Archives of Greece

On March 5, 2020, the Embassy of Kazakhstan in Athens held a meeting with the leadership of the General State Archives of Greece.

During the meeting, Timur Sultangozhin, a representative of the Embassy, and Nikos Karapidakis, Director of the Inspectorate of General State Archives of Greece, as well as Amalia Pappa, Director General of General State Archives, discussed the issues of establishing bilateral cooperation between the two countries in the field of archival business.

In particular, the parties discussed the possibility of establishing an appropriate legal framework for the joint study of the history and culture of Kazakhstan and Greece in the future, especially given the presence of information of mutual interest in the archives of the two countries.
