The Ambassador of Kazakhstan met with the Chairman of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan to discuss bilateral relations

Ashgabat, September 17, 2024 – Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Turkmenistan Nurlan Nogayev held a meeting with the Chairman of the Mejilis of Turkmenistan Dunyagozel Gulmanova.

The sides discussed the strengthening of strategic partnership and interparliamentary cooperation, as well as key issues of bilateral relations, noting the importance of Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov's initiatives.

Attention was also paid to the development of inter-parliamentary relations and the upcoming Meeting of Speakers of Parliaments of Central Asian countries and the Republic of Korea in Ashgabat.
