President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev on the occasion of his birthday.

“Today, under your leadership, large-scale transformations are being carried out in the Republic of Kazakhstan aimed at strengthening state sovereignty, increasing its authority in the international arena and improving the well-being of the people,” S.Berdimuhamedov emphasized in his message.

Emphasizing the personal attention of the leader of Kazakhstan and his significant support for the development of strategic and good neighborly relations between our countries, strengthening friendship and brotherhood of our peoples, President of Turkmenistan expressed confidence that bilateral relations would continue to develop steadily for the benefit of our peoples.
