Information for kandas and members of their families in Turkmenistan planning a trip to the Republic of Kazakhstan
In accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in 2022, quotas were set for receiving qandas from abroad in the following regions: Akmola, East Kazakhstan, Abay, Kostanay, Karaganda, Ulytau, Pavlodar, North Kazakhstan.
Recently, there have been facts of obtaining visas of category "C10" (instead of the required category "C1" visa) by kandas in Turkmenistan for entry into Kazakhstan with subsequent submission of documents for permanent residence in the Republic of Kazakhstan and citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
To streamline this process, it was decided to include additional information in the C10 category visas, taking into account the regional quota for accepting candidases.
In this regard, those who received visas of category "C10" in the period from January 1, 2021 to July 18, 2022, and who are currently on the territory of Turkmenistan, must apply to consular offices in advance, before leaving for Kazakhstan Republic of Kazakhstan in Turkmenistan for appropriate advice.
At the same time, we inform you that all consular services related to this will be provided free of charge.
