"Uly Dala" international book publishing competition

NJSC "Otandastar Qory", the Writers' Union of Kazakhstan and the main sponsor "Foliant" are together announcing international book publishing international contest among ethnic kazakhs living abroad.  Writers, research scientists and journalists can take part in the competition and present their journalistic works, memoirs-essays, artistic literary works, poems and scientific researches written about the diverse way of life, history, traditions, literature and culture and art of ethnic Kazakhs living abroad

The main conditions of the competition:

1. It must not be published in the form of a book in Kazakhstan
2. Works of joint authors
3. Assembled collections
4. Depending on the value, there may be works written in other languages

The main requirements are as follows:

- Works must be sent in the Kazakh (Cyrillic) language.

- The works published abroad with abbreviations and Latin letters, if they are found to be the best by the decision of the jury, will be published as a separate collection.

- The number of each published book is 500 copies.

- Author copy - 100.

- The author's name, origin, contact phone number and photo in jpeg format should be sent to the competition.

- The full text of the work must be in Times New Roman, font 14, in PDF format.

- By submitting the work to the competition, the authors guarantee the transfer of copyright to this work.

Literary works that glorify national values and enrich the Kazakh spiritual treasure should be published and remain a moral heritage for the younger generation.
