Kazakhstani-Jordanian online negotiations were held on the possible implementation of an investment project in the field of veterinary pharmaceuticals
With the assistance and participation of the Kazakhstan Embassy in Jordan and JSC "NC "KAZAKH INVEST " on July, 21st of this year the online negotiations were held between the representatives the veterinary pharmaceutical companies of two countries, in particular the Kazakhstani “BioVet KZ” LLP and the pharmaceutical company “DadVet”, which is part of one of the biggest Jordanian pharmaceutical manufacturers “Dar Al-Dawa”.
The General Director of “DadVet” Mr. Abdelmunim Sharaf noted that there is an interest in establishing joint production of veterinary medications due to the favorable investment climate in Kazakhstan, as well as taking into account the advantageous location of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its membership in the EAEU with its huge potential and market capacity.
During the negotiations, Mr. Arman Danayev, the Managing Director of “NC“ KAZAKH INVEST ”JSC, presented the investment opportunities in the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also informed the Jordanian side about the system of benefits and preferences for foreign investors.
Despite the difficult economic conditions due to the global coronavirus pandemic, both sides indicated their interest in implementing a joint project in the field of the production of veterinary products.
As a result of the online negotiations, the parties agreed to create a working group to discuss practical issues related to the implementation of the joint projects in the field of veterinary pharmaceuticals.
