Meeting of the Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the Speaker of the Senate of Jordan

On May 20, 2021, the Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Amman Aidarbek Toumatov was received by the President of the Jordanian Senate Faisal Al-Fayez.

During the meeting, the parties discussed ways to develop further contacts between the upper houses of the two countries, primarily through the intensification of the Kazakh-Jordanian parliamentary friendship group’ work.

In addition, issues of bilateral and multilateral cooperation were discussed, including within the CICA and the OIC Islamic Organization for Food Security.
