New International terminal of Almaty Airport

On February 12, 2025, Ambassador-at-Large – Head of the Representative Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Almaty Zhanibek Abdrashov participated in a meeting with the President of Almaty International Airport Göker Köse and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of France to Kazakhstan Sylvain Gioguet. During the visit, the guests visited the new international terminal, highly appreciating its contribution to the development of the region's aviation hub. The Head of the Representative office emphasized that the new terminal is a successful investment project in the development of Almaty as a key aviation hub in Central Asia. Furthermore, the visit of the French Ambassador highlights the high level of bilateral cooperation in the field of infrastructure and investment.
