Meeting with the Regional Capacity Development Center for the Caucasus, Central Asia and Mongolia (CCAMTAC)

On December 10, 2024 Deputy Head of the Representative Office of the MFA of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Almaty Sergey Viktorov delivered a welcoming speech at the informational session of the International Monetary Fund’s Regional Capacity Development Center for the Caucasus, Central Asia and Mongolia (CCAMTAC).

In his speech, he underlined the importance of the Center as a key platform for strengthening cooperation between the countries of the region in the field of sustainable economic development. He particularly noted the Center's contributions to the implementation of practical bilateral technical assistance in the spheres of macroeconomic and fiscal management, monetary operations, financial sector regulation and supervision, statistics and structural reforms.

In turn, the participants of the session expressed their willingness to continue supporting such initiatives to implement key tasks aimed at creating a sustainable and innovative economy in the region.
