Meeting of the Head of the Representative Office of the MFA of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Almaty with the international organization SMITA

On November 19, 2024, Ambassador–at-Large - Head of the Representative Office of the MFA of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Almaty Zhanibek Abdrashov held a meeting with the President of the international trade organization SMITA Megane S.C. Soo and heads of Southeast Asian companies.

The organization presented its activities aimed at developing small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), entering international markets and attracting investments and new technologies to Kazakhstan and Southeast Asian countries. 

The parties discussed key initiatives, including presentations for local SMEs, the development of export support programs for Kazakhstan entrepreneurs and the promotion of innovative projects.

Following the meeting, the parties supported the further implementation of initiatives to support local entrepreneurship and strengthen investment cooperation.
