Reception on the occasion of the National Holiday of the Republic of Türkiye

On October 29, 2024, a reception, organized by the Consulate General of Turkey, was held on the occasion of the 101st anniversary of the founding of the Republic of Türkiye. The Ambassador-at-Large - Head of the Representative Office of the MFA of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Almaty, Zh. Abdrashov, delivered a welcoming speech. The Ambassador noted the strengthening of the strategic partnership between Kazakhstan and Türkiye, as well as the growth of bilateral trade, stressing that Türkiye is among the leading trading partners and investors of Kazakhstan. In his speech, he also stressed the importance of cultural and educational ties, including the Week of Turkish Films and the concert «Notes of Türkiye», which contribute to strengthening friendship between our people.
