Reception on the occasion of German Unity Day

On October 4, 2024, the Head of the Representative Office of the MFA of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Almaty, Zh. Abdrashov, delivered a congratulatory speech at a reception on the occasion of German Unity Day organized by the Consulate General of the Federal Republic of Germany.

In his speech, Zh. Abdrashov noted the importance of the visit of German Federal Chancellor Olaf Scholz to Kazakhstan, which symbolizes the further strengthening of the bilateral dialogue between Kazakhstan and Germany. He also stressed the importance of Chancellor Scholz's participation in the second “Central Asia + Germany” Summit, where new directions for multifaceted strategic cooperation between Central Asia and Germany were identified.

The Head of the Representative Office paid special attention to successful economic cooperation, as well as the importance of joint educational and cultural projects, such as the Kazakh-German University and the Goethe Institute, which contribute to strengthening ties between our peoples.
