The Head of the Representative Office received the Honorary Consul of Belgium on a courtesy visit

On October 4, 2024, the Head of the Representative Office of the MFA of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Almaty, Zh. Abdrashov, received on a courtesy visit the Chairman of the Board of the Society of Honorary Consuls - Honorary Consul of the Kingdom of Belgium, D. Van Den Weghe. During the meeting, the parties discussed the prospects of bilateral relations between Kazakhstan and Belgium, as well as cooperation between the Society of Honorary Consuls and the Representative Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan in Almaty. The Head of the Representative Office noted Belgium's contribution to the development of mutually beneficial cooperation in various fields, including trade, economic and cultural exchanges. In turn, the Honorary Consul expressed his willingness to promote the expansion of partnership relations between the two countries.
