The Head of State addressed the diplomats with a welcoming speech:

“Kazakhstan pursues a peaceful foreign policy, is open to international cooperation, and is committed to the principles of the UN Charter. We firmly believe that the UN plays an indispensable role in the global system, and we consistently support this universal organisation. At the same time, we strive to develop bilateral relations with your countries and to cooperate at a multilateral level. Kazakhstan is a dynamically developing country, and we believe that we can make our economy resilient. Undoubtedly, this is a challenging process, but success largely depends on how we cooperate, including with your countries,” the President said.

In conclusion, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev congratulated the ambassadors on the official start of their diplomatic missions and conveyed his best wishes to the heads of their states.
