The Ambassador of Kazakhstan visited the exhibition of goods of the Addis Ababa Chamber of Commerce
November 22, 2022, Addis Ababa – H.E. Mr. Barlybay Sadykov, Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Ethiopia, Permanent Representative of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the African Union, took part at the “5th Addis Chamber International Manufacturing and Technology Trade Fair” at the “Addis Ababa Exhibition Center”.
The opening ceremony of the exhibition was attended by the H.E. Mr. Melaku Alebel, Minister of Trade and Industry of Ethiopia, the leadership of the Addis Ababa Chamber of Commerce, Addis Ababa dignitaries, members of the Ethiopian diplomatic corps, representatives of large international businesses and other interested parties.
During a visit to the exhibition pavilion, the Ambassador of Kazakhstan got acquainted with the goods produced by industry leaders engaged in agriculture, the food sector, suppliers of hotel services and tourism.
The prospects for cooperation with the business community of Kazakhstan were discussed with representatives of a number of companies participating in the exhibition.
The Addis Ababa International Chamber of Commerce Manufacturing and Technology Trade Show is an exhibition of Ethiopian and foreign businesses and their products for the general public of the country and the international business community. The purpose of the event is to unite the efforts of suppliers and seekers of technologies for the development of production in Ethiopia. Also, the trade show is a platform for the exchange of production equipment and technologies, the search for investments in joint ventures and the achievement of business agreements. Annually the exhibition hosts more than 100 companies from Ethiopia and interested states.
