Embassy of Kazakhstan in UAE summed up referendum

At a meeting chaired by the Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the United Arab Emirates, Najmedin Mukhametaliuly, the results of voting at polling station № 415 were summed up.

On the issue of the construction of a nuclear power plant in the country, 123 citizens of Kazakhstan who live in the Emirates and were in the UAE that day for various reasons came and voted at polling station № 415 in Abu Dhabi. This represents more than 90 percent of the total number of registered voters. The citizens who arrived at the polling station are actively fulfilling their civic duty, showing that they are not indifferent to the issue of building a nuclear power plant, which plays a very important role in the future development of the country.

The citizens of our country who came to vote at the embassy tasted our national dish – bauyrsaks and presented a domestic product such as Kazakhstani chocolate.
