State of the Nation Address by President K.Tokaev was discussed in Abu Dhabi

April 7, 2022 Ambassador of Kazakhstan to the UAE M.Menilbekov held a press conference with the participation of the "Club of Kazakhstan Friends ", as well as representatives of the leading media of the UAE, such as "al-Ittihad", "al-Bayan", "al-Khaleej", "WAM", dedicated to the State of the Nation Address by President of the Republic of Kazakhstan K.Tokayev "New Kazakhstan: The Path of Renewal and Modernization".

Ambassador M.Menilbekov familiarized the participants of the press conference in detail with the large-scale program of political reforms and the concept of building a "New Kazakhstan" set out in the President's Address. The Kazakh diplomat noted that "large-scale political reforms in Kazakhstan symbolize the beginning of a new stage in the political development of the country."

UAE experts have shown great interest in new political reforms aimed at further democratization of Kazakhstan. In his speech, the expert on Central Asia Abduluahid Abdulrahim noted that "the political reforms put forward by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan K.Tokayev, are very significant and large-scale in the history of the country." In his opinion, "these reforms will serve as a basis for further economic development of Kazakhstan in the era of the global economic crisis."

At the end of the event, a constructive exchange of views took place on the main provisions of the Address of the President of Kazakhstan.
