On amendments to the joint resolution of the Akimat of Talgar district of Almaty region dated February 06, 2017 No. 02-30 and the decision of Talgar district Maslikhat of Almaty region dated February 06, 2017 No. 11-65 "On changing the boundaries (features) of settlements of Talgar district"
Akimat of Talgar district DECIDES and Talgar district maslikhat DECIDED:
paragraphs 1 and 3 of sub-paragraph 7) of paragraph 1 of the said joint resolution of the akimat and the decision of the maslikhat should be stated in a new edition:
"7) in the Kendala rural district: change the border (line) of the village of Akdala by 385,3277 hectares, establishing new borders of the village of Akdala with a total area of 735,4277 hectares;";
change the border (line) of the village of Kendala with a decrease of 63.5306 hectares, establishing new borders of the village of Kendala with a total area of 216.4979 hectares;";
the plan of the boundaries of the village of Akdala and the village of Kendala of the Kendala rural okrug of the Talgar district of the Almaty region should be presented in a new edition, according to the appendices.
and the decision of the Talgar district maslikhat is put into effect after ten calendar days after the day of its first official publication.
