On August 8, a meeting of the public council of the city was held, which considered amending the decision of the maslikhat dated December 28, 2022 No. 181 “On the city budget of the city of Rudny for 2023-2025”.
Discussed was the final distribution of the balances of budgetary funds at the beginning of the financial year. It is connected with the need to allocate funds for the purchase of housing for socially vulnerable segments of the population and the need to redistribute budgetary funds in the context of budget programs in order to use them most fully and efficiently.
According to Zoya Zhigunova, head of the State Institution "Rudny City Department of Economics and Budget Planning", the analysis of the execution of the revenue and expenditure side of the city budget showed that there are reserves to increase the revenue side of the city budget. An increase in revenues of the 1st category (Tax revenues) in the amount of 1.4 billion tenge was agreed with the State Revenue Administration for the city of Rudny.
The Budget Commission made a decision on the final distribution of free balances.
It was proposed to reduce a number of budget programs, including the improvement of the 39th quarter, the current repair of streets, the overhaul of facades, and more.
