on the draft resolution of the Rudny City Akimat "On the establishment of a public easement for the state institution 'Rudny City Department of Housing and Public Utilities, Passenger Transport, and Highways' of the Rudny City Akimat on a land plot"
The State Institution "Rudny City Department of Land Relations" of the Akimat of the City of Rudny has developed a draft resolution of the Akimat of the City of Rudny "On the establishment of a public easement for the state institution "Rudny City Department of Housing and Public Utilities, Passenger Transport and Highways" of the Akimat of the City of Rudny on a land plot."
The draft resolution was developed in accordance with paragraph 4 of Article 69 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The draft resolution will not entail negative socio-economic and legal consequences.
