To the draft decision of the Rudn City Maslikhat "On Amendments to the decision of the Maslikhat dated November 2, 2023 No. 76 "On Approval of the Rules for Providing Social Assistance, Establishing its size and determining the list of Certain categories of needy citizens"
The Rudn City State Institution Department of Employment and Social Programs has developed a draft decision of the Rudn City Maslikhat "On Amendments to Maslikhat Decision No. 76 dated November 2, 2023 "On Approval of the Rules for Providing Social Assistance, Establishing its Size and Determining the List of Certain Categories of needy Citizens" (hereinafter referred to as the draft decision).
The draft decision was developed on the basis of paragraph 89 of the National Plan for the implementation of the Address of the Head of State to the People of Kazakhstan dated September 8, 2025, instruction of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan O.A. Bektenov dated January 20, 2026 No. 16-14/B-65, minutes of the meeting on the unification of social assistance provided by local executive bodies dated February 19, 2026. No. 11-PS, chaired by the Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan, A.M. Yertaev.
The main purpose of the draft decision is to establish clear Rules for the provision of social assistance, to establish its size and to determine the list of certain categories of needy citizens, to establish uniform types of social assistance in Kostanay region.
The draft decision will not entail negative socio-economic and legal consequences.
