To the draft decision of the Rudn City Maslikhat "On Amendments to the decision of the Maslikhat dated November 2, 2023 No. 76 "On Approval of the Rules for Providing Social Assistance, Establishing its size and determining the list of Certain categories of needy citizens"
The Rudn City State Institution Department of Employment and Social Programs has developed a draft decision of the Rudn City Maslikhat "On Amendments to Maslikhat Decision No. 76 dated November 2, 2023 "On Approval of the Rules for Providing Social Assistance, Establishing its Size and Determining the List of Certain Categories of needy Citizens" (hereinafter referred to as the draft decision).
The purpose of developing this draft decision is to bring it into line with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The draft decision was developed in accordance with Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Public Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 30, 2023 No. 523 "On approval of Standard Rules for the provision of social assistance, establishing its size and determining the list of certain categories of needy citizens".
Editorial amendments have been made to the draft decision.
The draft of this regulatory legal act provides for the provision of social assistance to certain categories of needy citizens.
The draft decision will not entail negative socio-economic and legal consequences.
