to the draft resolution of the akimat of the city of Rudny “On the recognition of the resolution of the akimat of the city of Rudny dated May 4, 2018 No. 588 “On the establishment of the standard for the allocation of a part of the net income of municipal state enterprises”
The Rudny City Finance Department of the Rudny City Akimat has developed a draft resolution of the Rudny City Akimat "On the repeal of the resolution of the Rudny City Akimat dated May 4, 2018, No. 588 "On the establishment of a standard for the allocation of a portion of the net income of municipal state enterprises" (hereinafter referred to as the draft resolution). The purpose of this draft resolution is to bring the act in line with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. By the Budget Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 15, 2025, No. 171-VIII, Article 56 has been amended to establish a standard for allocating a portion of the net income of municipal state.
The draft resolution will not have negative socio-economic and legal consequences.
The draft resolution will not be posted on the Internet portal of open regulatory legal acts.
