On the approval of tariffs for the provision of special

social services for 2026

 

 

In accordance with Article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Government and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", Order No. 281 of the Deputy Prime Minister-Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 30, 2023 "On approval of the rules and methodology for the formation of tariffs for special social services" (registered in the Register of State Registration regulatory legal acts under No. 32987) the akimat of the city of Rudny DECIDES:

  1. To approve the tariff for the provision of special social services for 2026 in accordance with the annex to this resolution.
  2. The State Institution "Rudn City Department of Employment and Social Programs", in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, shall ensure:

1) within five working days from the date of signing this resolution, sending a copy of it in electronic form in the state and Russian languages to the branch of the republican state enterprise on the right of economic management "Institute of Legislation and Legal Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" of the Ministry of Justice of the Kostanay region for official publication and inclusion in the Reference Control Bank of Regulatory Legal Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) posting of this resolution on the Internet resource of the Rudny city аkimat after its official publication.

  1. Control over the implementation of this resolution is entrusted to the supervising deputy akim of the city of Rudny.
  2. This resolution will enter into force on January 1, 2026.
