to the draft resolution of the Rudny city akimat
"On approval of tariffs for the provision of special
social services for 2026"
The Rudny city department of employment and social programs state institution has developed a draft resolution of the rudny city Akimat "On Approval of tariffs for the provision of special social services for 2026" (hereinafter referred to as the draft resolution).
The purpose of developing this draft resolution is to bring it into line with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The draft resolution was developed in accordance with Article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Public Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", Order No. 281 of the Deputy Prime Minister-Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 30, 2023 "On approval of the rules and methodology for the formation of tariffs for special social services", where special social services are switching to per capita financing.
The approval of tariffs clarifies the procedure for payment from budgetary funds for institutions (organizations) providing special social services. This, in turn, will ensure the availability and quality of social services, as well as introduce a fair and transparent financial mechanism for paying for services provided.
The draft resolution will not entail negative socio-economic and legal consequences.
