The draft decision of the Rudnensky city maslikhat "On approval of tourist contribution rates for foreigners for 2026 in the city of Rudny" was developed in accordance with paragraph 2-10 of Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local State Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan," by order of the Minister of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 14, 2023 No. 181 "On approval of the Rules for payment of tourist contribution for foreigners."
The adoption of this project has no socio-economic and/or legal consequences.
